  KENNEDI is an awesome groomer! So sweet to my nervous dog and he always looks forward to seeing her. She does a fantastic job and is very detailed. I value people who clearly love what they are doing and do their work with devotion and care. Kennedi is wonderful and we appreciate her so much.

  I have had nothing but amazing experiences at this Petco however this was not one. It took about 20-25 minutes before even greeted or taken care of (the cashier at the check out was on her phone while grooming was drowning), who knows how long the gentleman before us had been waiting. Once we were finally greeted, the 4 of us in line with our pets, it felt like we were being rushed out the door and not told how long or anything so I asked and they said about 1-2 hours (this is average and I wasn’t concerned with that time). Once we picked up our baby we were told our sheet was on the counter and we could grab it to pay, it was amongst 5 others waiting to be picked up, so I grabbed it to get in line to pay and was being rushed over there by an associate that you could tell was overwhelmed by the rush of customers running 2 registers at the same time. After getting home we noticed that his coat still had fur all over it (he is a frenchie and does shed a little) and although I know he sheds and hadn’t got the deshedding shampoo, he had just gotten his little spa treatment and should not have that much hair still sitting on his coat which was also not as clean and shinny as it had been in past baths/grooming experiences with Petco. We also noticed his nails were not trimmed very well either. I understand we all get busy at work and things can get overwhelming however this experience was less than desirable from start to finish with every employee. I will be going back as this is only 1 bad experience however I will be more cautious on the day I go in from now on.

  They basically told us not to come back. They did a really bad job with cuts anyways.

  Outstanding customer service and great products variety. I was greeted by Jennifer with a big smile and she explained to me all the sales they have. I started asking her about neocaridina shrimp if they have any, she showed me the shrimps and told me to talk to chtistal (the general manager, absolute outstanding customer service also) to order me some shrimps. Then Billy came to help also... Not only their customer service is outstanding but also their fish tanks, they are so clean and well kept 👌 👍. Im so impressed with the level of customer care and the overall store. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures, I usually do.
