- NTNicole TimmsAug 19, 20261.0This is my 2nd time booking. The first time I booked in Plano my appointment moved an hour earlier without notification. I just so happen to check my phone ans had to rush to the appointment for them to tell me my dog did well, but he was not groomed. So today, I tried to book an appointment at the Casa Lima location but was called and told they were unsure why the system booked me, but they would need to cancel my appointment due to the grooming tech not having experience to groom my dog and that they could take me on Friday. Friday would not work for me, as I would not be available. I then set an appointment in Mesquite and got in with no issues. This is my 2nd experience in a row that was negative with Petco, but thankfully the Mesquite location has me slightly hopeful.
