  I'm honestly really disappointed with the grooming experience at this PETCO location. We specifically pay for the upgraded grooming option that's supposed to shorten wait times, yet every visit still takes 5-6 hours for a bath and haircut. Today, I dropped my dog off at 12:30 PM and didn't get the pickup call until 6:30 PM. That's a full 6 hours for a routine grooming appointment. What's especially frustrating is that the PETCO across town consistently finishes in 3-4 hours max. We gave this location another chance after our first visit 6 weeks ago ran extremely behind, and at the time we were told it was just "one of those days." Unfortunately, it now seems like this is the norm here. The lack of urgency and time management from the grooming staff is really frustrating, especially when customers are paying extra for expedited service. If you value your time or have a dog that gets stressed being there all day, I'd honestly recommend going to another location.

  I brought in a list for a stray kitten that I found this weekend that I decided to keep. My hands were full with her so a very sweet employee came in to help me find what the vet told me to buy for her. She carried my things and was, really, a personal shopper for me. Very grateful for her advice, as well. She brought my things up to the check out and a nice gentleman checked me out who set up an account for me and also gave me advice as a first time cat owner. Great employees all the way around!

  Very expensive (4, 5 bucks more than my usual store for the same product) compared to pet supply plus and pet smart, not a great selection either. Still I was able to get what I needed, but by choice I wouldn't go back there.
