  I took my puppy in for a nail trim. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45 p.m., but Happy Hour pricing doesn’t begin until 2:00 p.m. The day before, I specifically stopped by to schedule the appointment and asked for the $7 Happy Hour nail trim, so I was surprised when my bill came to $12.99. When I questioned the price, the employee who had scheduled my appointment was dismissive and acted as though the mistake was my fault. Instead of acknowledging the confusion or offering a solution, she was rude and unprofessional. Her attitude came across as passive-aggressive, which made the experience unpleasant. Customer service matters just as much as the service itself. A little courtesy and accountability would have gone a long way.

  The lady who checked me out was very nice. There was a man who worked there, and he was very rude. He said that I could not return my online order in that store because the store would get "dinged". The lady let me do it anyway. His appearance was sketchy.

  I'm honestly really disappointed with the grooming experience at this PETCO location. We specifically pay for the upgraded grooming option that's supposed to shorten wait times, yet every visit still takes 5-6 hours for a bath and haircut. Today, I dropped my dog off at 12:30 PM and didn't get the pickup call until 6:30 PM. That's a full 6 hours for a routine grooming appointment. What's especially frustrating is that the PETCO across town consistently finishes in 3-4 hours max. We gave this location another chance after our first visit 6 weeks ago ran extremely behind, and at the time we were told it was just "one of those days." Unfortunately, it now seems like this is the norm here. The lack of urgency and time management from the grooming staff is really frustrating, especially when customers are paying extra for expedited service. If you value your time or have a dog that gets stressed being there all day, I'd honestly recommend going to another location.
