  Dr. Susan and her vet tech Thomas were AMAZING with my little Bear Bear! Other clinics in this area don't hold a candle to these two, and I mean it. I've tried other places, but either the vet or staff were standoffish and brusque for no reason. Thomas really went above and beyond, and was exceptionally courteous with my family in our hour of need. He really made an effort to ensure my dog was calm and cared for through the whole process. I wouldn't entrust her care with anyone else.

  I came into the establishment to ask some questions, and was not even greeted, the 2 lady’s didn’t even bother to acknowledge me it was a girl with long straight hair and glasses, the other had curly hair and color in her hair. How unwelcoming. They were assisting someone, however you could have just acknowledged me and told me to give you a second

  Dr Susan was awesome! She really knew how to take care of our turtle. When we brought our turtle in, he was not doing well at all… Possibly only had days left. Once we met the doctor, she told us what we needed to do, and now our turtle is healthy and back to his old self. We cannot express enough, how much their knowledge and care meant to us and our pet. We completely recommend North Tollway Pet Hospital and all of their doctors and associates for any pet care needs.

  I’ve been taking my dogs here since 2019. They recently got a new front desk/ customer service individual and wow she is not nice. Every interaction I have had with her she has been miserable. I feel terrible for the younger front desk gal that has to work side by side with her because I’ve also seen how she treats her and it’s just unacceptable. She needs some coaching before you start losing employees and patients. What a shame because the doctor is one of the best!!
