No longer the Banfield it used to be… We’ve been with Banfield for 17 years. Unfortunately, we’ve been very disappointed in the lack of care, concern, professionalism and support over the last several years. Although the location is convenient, it’s been a trade off for the lack of actual care and concern our family has been receiving.

This was the first time I brought my pup to this Banfield location. And I was very happy with the service and treatment that was received. Everyone was so friendly and comforted me when I was anxious about my sick dog. Very impressed.

Disappointed with the lack of care my dog received. He had a broken ear that was never diagnosed and never discussed his food allergies; both of which were diagnosed when I finally went to another vet. Plus it was insanely expensive for what little care he did get.

If I could give this location a negative stars, I would. Multiple duplicate charges for unnecessary extra services (sending off part of a mass and paying for the cytology then turning around and saying we needed to just remove and send off the total mass, which they tried to do on multiple occasions), no callbacks after paying for x rays and "sending to the specialist", no clarity on actual diagnosis, and the doctor has to call me 3 times for his literal SURGERY appointment to ask me what he was supposed to be doing with my dog...the regional got involved to make sure I was refunded for the absolute deception and gauging of our wallet and my dog's quality of life and care. AND this year, months of bringing my dog in for the same BLEEDING MOUTH AND TUMOUR GROWTH issue, knowing it was cause for concern and VERY severe, and they brushed us off time and again. We asked for X-rays of his mouth during his comprehensive, they x-rayed his spleen (?) and we had to pay extra for an ultrasound of the spleen that showed no issue. We were telling them it's a dental issue with bleeding, pain, lethargy, the works, and they told us "everything looks normal" and "we couldn't get his mouth open enough to see". Fast forward to us going to a different location and he has inoperable oral cancer and will need to be put to sleep due to quality of life. This location is evil and had they done their job, it could've saved my dog. I would sue if I could, I truly cannot put into the words the betrayal and rage I feel toward this location.
