  Banfield has exceeded my expectations! The front office staff is efficient and attentive, and all the vet techs are thorough and caring. Dr. Krystal Baird is so compassionate, knowledgeable and amazing! I adopted a 6 mo.old GSD puppy and was feeling overwhelmed. He had an abdominal hernia that needed repairing and Dr. Baird’s surgical technique was impeccable. He recovered quickly and his post-op pain was controlled with the treatment plan. It’s a pleasure to come to the vet’s office - which is a rare experience after owning dogs for over 30 years. You and your beloved pet will be in great hands here!

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Banfield Pet Hospital on Forest Lane in Dallas. I had a pre-scheduled appointment for my dog’s dental cleaning and expected the visit to go smoothly. I waited about 30 minutes before being seen. When I was finally helped by a staff member named Alex, I found her to be rude and impatient. I asked several questions about my dog’s procedure and care, and instead of answering them professionally, she seemed frustrated that I was asking questions. After our conversation, Alex told me they would not be providing my dog’s dental cleaning, even though I have the monthly wellness plan. She initially mentioned that they did not have a record of my dog’s rabies vaccination. However, the impression I was left with was that the appointment was being canceled because she no longer wanted to take my pet as a patient, not simply because of the vaccination record. If there was an issue with my dog’s records, it should have been identified and communicated before my scheduled appointment. Instead, I spent my time coming in for an appointment that was ultimately refused after an unpleasant interaction. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication. I hope the clinic improves the way it treats clients and handles these situations in the future.

  This Banfield is a true gem! Dr. Roberts and Abigail are angels on earth. They communicate so well as a team and took such wonderful care of my dogs. I felt cared for and listened to as a pet owner and they treated my two dogs as if they were their own. Highly recommend! 💕💕

  We had a wonderful experience at Banfield! The boutique setting made it feel much more personal and welcoming than a typical veterinary clinic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our pet’s well-being. The veterinarian took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. We truly appreciated the excellent care and compassionate service. Highly recommend!
