  I frequent this store pretty often being that it's the closest one to my home and decided to use the dog wash here for the first time. I will say that as many times as l've come I've only been welcomed once by an 1 older lady. When I entered I wasn't greeted (per usual) I went up to the counter and asked a white girl with peek a boo purple hair "Is there a reason why this dog wash is $20 opposed to Tractor Supply and Pet Supply's dog wash being $10?" The girl at the counter said "well it's 2 different companies" well duh! I was thinking that maybe you guys offer more than them is the only reason I asked. Which she responded we have what we have back there (very curt). I saw about 2-3 more staff members while I was washing my pup none of them returned a smile to me. For a while I've had a feeling that the staff here seems rude so l decided to get on here and check out the reviews. It's very unfortunate that so many minorities are reporting similar issues with this staff regarding racism and seems as though nothing is being done. I'll be calling Petco's customer service line soon to bring this to their attention.

  The staff is either racist or has an issue with upper class tatted people. I walked in and looked directly into an older woman’s eyes. She was at the cash register greeting others that had walked in. She quickly looked up and down while looking me in the eyes before turning her head. I firmly and clearly said, “hello” which she then responded with a snarky hello. I briefly looked around but after that interaction I left and took my business elsewhere. It was unprofessional and very tacky behavior for someone her age. They did seem to have a bunch of clearance items, but I didn’t go through anything. I just walked out after taking this photo.

  Amazing grooming service. They truly show your pets lots of care and love and the groomer our dog to perfection and even provided tips on maintenance, grooming and keeping the dog calm for grooming appointments in the future! Will be going back always!

  The vetco for vaccines today was inept at their job today. I took my 7 pound puppy today and they were not able to give him vaccines and blamed me for their short comings. Grabbing my puppy by the mouth does not calm him down. Trying to shove a muzzle too small for him and latching the latch that was too short for his neck does not help him calm down. Thank you for creating a horrible memory that will last with him for years to come making it harder for me and him to go to the vet for a simple shot. Absolutely disgraceful.

  The guy that works in there is just straight up rude. I went in there for the dog wash and it was 730 he wasn’t in the front no where to be found so i walk back there and he comes back there and starts being so rude and having a attitude. Horrible customer service when he could’ve simply said it’s closed i wouldn’t recommend anyone going to that location
