I came to ask for assistance about what may of caused my dog to vomit the vet tech ignored me and the receptionist ask me if she can help me then turned her back on me and ate a cookie. She then said I’m rude because I’m in a bad mood. Hmm I’m concerned about my dog’s health so maybe I might be in a bad mood. This is not a reason for ignoring a customer who has always be polite and pays his bills. I would never bring my dog here again due to the staff only cares about money and not about animals. Or the owner of the animal I was also flipped off told I hope you get locked up and never get out. This is after I politely asked if I can leave a sample of what my dog vomited the receptionist called me rude when she asked me how can I help you and turned her back on me then told me to leave or she is going to call the police on me and she hopes I get locked up and never get out. This is realistic threat.
