  Had a bad experience with a fish custodian. She wouldn't sell us a fish because we didn't have a thermometer even though our tank is over 30 gallons and we only have 3 fish. Apparently our tank is to cold and small for a single angle fish. My uncle had an angle fish before in that tank before he gave the tank to use. It wold have been okay not to get that fish but I was uncomfortable getting any fish because she was so aggressive. It seemed like she didn't want to sell us any fish so we left without buying any even though there was a couple we were interested in. It was kind of jaring and uncomfortable. Live I was being accused of killing fish because I don't have a thermometer and know the exact temp of the water at any given moment

  This is a lesson learned, I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment. I booked for an appointment that was roughly going to be $30-$40(as quoted on the website). I ended up paying $60. I told them I absolutely did not want her hair cut, the lady said something about the hair around her feet- I was fine with that, I didn’t realize that was an upcharge, so that’s on me. She looks like her hair was cut, and I could be wrong on that but her ears don’t look normal at all. Her face has stuff all over it. Customer service was great, everyone I talked to was really friendly and helpful. But I do not like being blindsided with pricing, I booked for something I could afford, and that obviously backfired🤦‍♀️ Edit: I talked to the managers, nothing was really fixed but they did explain the extra charges. Which I did appreciate. It was miscommunication on my end🤦‍♀️

  Customer service was friendly , and helped me with my questions I had for flea and tick medication for my dog.

  Workers are always friendly, especially the gentleman with long hair. Service is usually slow. The checkout is always very cluttered and messy.

  Nice as all the others. Good store. Prices a little boosie but they sell alot of name brand stuff.
