  The workers were so helpful. My cat has worms and they assured me the product the store had would work I took the last one so I hope restocking will be soon for others. I don't know much about cats but feel more confident since talking to the store employees.

  Poor customer service experience. There is a cashier named Greyson here who consistently ignores customers; he doesn’t speak or acknowledge you at all during the transaction. every time I come in, it’s always the same horrible attitude. Not a single Hi, Welcome, or anything. A cashier should know basic customer service. It feels rude and unwelcoming. It’s extremely awkward every time. I’ll likely be taking my business to a different pet store from now on.

  I’ve been to a lot of Petcos around the state. This location has to be the most clean and best I’ve been to. The staff is very helpful and there is always enough people to help. I haven’t had any experience with the grooming salon but I’ve never been around with any complaints at the register which I know happens. I never go in and can’t get help or wait too long to get checked out

  The employees and friends at this store are awesome. Always ready to help and get what I may need or want. Friendly and courteous! And they know my name as well. Nice to shop in this store.
