- RHRikka Hawthorne1 day ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at Petco today. From the moment I walked in, I was never greeted or acknowledged by the staff. When I tried to ask for help, the employee assisting me was extremely rude, acted like I was bothering her, and even yelled at me with a bad attitude. What made the situation worse was hearing her coworker excuse the behavior by saying they were “having a bad day.” Having a bad day is not an acceptable reason to treat customers poorly. Customer service and basic respect should still matter no matter what kind of day someone is having. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated this way. The employee that treated me this way said her name was Morgan Hopper. She had a broken leg and was on a scooter.

He’s very gently and inclusive to all the 4 legged pups. If you have a puppy under 6 months, I highly recommend taking them to see James.
