  This is the worst pet store I have ever been too! Smelled like death and the fish tanks are gross there was one with dead rotten fish and smelled so bad!!! Management needs to fix this store or shut it down!

  First, let me say that I probably would not have converted to Petco from other ‘pet supply stores’ if it wasn’t for the app and easy ordering online and pickup features. However, the staff at the location off 336 South, are really what sold me on being a life time convert haha! Seriously, I’m in there pretty often and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming and now I’m a ‘regular’ it’s nice to have a sense of community as lame as that sounds. I work in a service industry, in a sense, and it’s hard to find people who care about their jobs and respect their employers business for one, and who are also genuinely good people!! Any question I have about really anything someone has the answer and is willing to help me, often going above and beyond their job descriptions! Always clean and tidy inside the store and I always leave feeling like whoever is working that day, helped me get the best ‘bang for my buck’ or introduce me to a new product for me to try! 10/10 would recommend to friends and I definitely have 2 of my neighbors on the app and shopping solely with y’all!

  My rating is only based on a recent order that was for same day delivery. When I go to the store the employees are friendly and helpful. I ordered cat food to be delivered while I wad at work since when I got off work the store would be closed. This was the first time I requested delivery due to my schedule. It did not work out. I got a message saying the order was delayed but did not say why. That night I called customer service and she said it would be delivered as they were waiting for a driver???? Now it was late so I had my doubts. Next morning no food…canceled my order and requested a refund but first they asked if I would give it one more day!! Really, my cats were hungry and I had to make a trip for food. Lesson learned…Petco does not deliver!!!

  This store is a mess and dirty. When I come in associates are sitting behind the register, sometimes eating chips. One guy put his Cheeto bag down to ring up my purchase. Not impressed. New management is required. Update! Same situation. Associates sitting at the registers on their phones, zero customer service at this location.

  I am very disappointed with my experience at Vetco. I had an appointment scheduled for right when they opened and only needed a quick flea medication prescription for my dog. The entire visit should have taken about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I was running a few minutes late, 10 at most so I called ahead as anyone would and over the phone was met with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude. The woman I spoke with was sassy, unprofessional, and made me feel like my time didn’t matter at all. I understand policies exist, but a little grace and basic customer service go a long way. As a paying customer who made an appointment in advance and has been taking my dog here for 3 years I expected to be treated with respect. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and upset. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because no one should be spoken to that way. Time to find a new vet!
