  The location off of 3083 is absolutely amazing!! The staff is always so wonderful, welcoming, friendly and personable with us and our furry babies!! I have been going to this location for about 8-9 years. (Even after I moved about 40 minutes to an hour away and have many other pet hospitals and vets in between, I still make the drive!) Most recently I took our little Odin in for a neuter, nail trim and microchip. I brought my mom with me to drop Odin off because she has been going to several different vets over the years, and none of them seem personable, act like they even like animals, or seem terrified of her dogs because they were scared, instead of trying to comfort them. I have been telling her for a while now to come to Banfield, she finally agreed! I told her I will wait until closer to the end of the visit to mention that she is considering switching vets, this way she can see how they really act and treat me and Odin and other people in line, and not “putting on a show for a newbie”. They pasted with flying colors! My mom was so impressed! And almost cried because of how amazing each team member was! To top it off, on the way out the door in the parking lot, I believe her name is Sara (don’t hate me if I’m wrong 😬😅); was walking in to drop her babies off at the groomer and vet. I had just came in for a check up for Odin a couple days before the neuter, she recognized me, and started up a conversation, introduced us to her pets, and I introduced her to my mom and filled her in on what’s going on. My mom was even more thrilled that she took the time to talk to us and be friendly and generally shows her love for animals! You guys are the best! You always make me and my babies feel special and remembered! I’d do 10 stars if I could lol

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible experience from start to finish! Everyone at this veterinary office was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Davis was amazing—she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood Ragnar’s treatment and what to expect moving forward. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and Christian was just as wonderful. You can truly tell that the entire staff genuinely cares about their patients and the people who love them. After everything Ragnar has been through, having a veterinary team that is compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile means so much to us. I couldn’t be happier with the care he received. Thank you, Dr. Davis, Amanda, Christian, and the entire team for taking such great care of my boy! ❤️🐾

  Honestly, the service was not a pleasant experience. The doctor’s assistant was somewhat rough in the way she handled my dog. After taking the samples, she brought my dog back to me with feces around her anal area, blood on her fur where the sample had been taken, and medication all over the fur around her muzzle. When I asked if she could please clean her up, she was not friendly or helpful at all. I then asked if she could at least provide me with a wet wipe so I could clean my dog myself, and she told me they didn’t have any. How is it possible that a hospital does not have wet wipes or something available to clean an animal after a procedure? While I was trying to clean my dog, the assistant also handled her very roughly, pulling hard on the leash in an attempt to control her. I am very disappointed with the service and, especially, with the way my dog was treated.
