  Shout out to Hannah the grooming manager. We have been going to her for three years with a high anxiety dog that needs shaving throughout the year. Hannah is patient and kind and flexible to make sure she is assigned to him every time. We are blessed to have her be a wonderful caregiver of one of the most beloved family members. Thank you Hannah for always being professional and caring!!

  Petco grooming services are both loving and excellent. My golden retriever went there for years and Hannah and staff greeted him with a smile and care. Emmett left there gorgeous . We now bring our Pumi pups there for bathing and grooming - the same loving and skilled treatment. Although we have moved from the immediate area, we will continue to bring our much loved pups to this special place.

  I have been taking my dogs to Petco Colleyville for almost 8 years. Hannah is the one that grooms them. She is the most gentle, professional groomer I have ever met. My dogs absolutely love her. If you need a groomer Hannah is your person.

  We love Hannah!!! She has been grooming our doodle for the past 4 years and does a great job! We have an older rescue who is temperamental with other dogs as he is aging. Hannah is his girlfriend, he adores her and is always happy to see her! Hannah is always so accommodating to work with us! I can’t say enough about her professionalism and love for our fur people!!!! So thankful that we found her at our local Petco!

  If I could give a negative star review, I would. We have gone to this location for several years for pet grooming and to purchase pet supplies. We have had multiple issues with the grooming department, including Hannah. One groomer cut one of our dogs, and she required stitches. We get it, unfortunately accidents happen, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. On more than one occasion, they have cancelled our grooming appointments. On multiple occasions, they have forgotten to put our dogs shot records in the system and we turned away because they needed updated records. We had an appointment for 2pm tomorrow. They messaged us wanting to change it to 12pm, noon. So we said sure. Now they want to change our appointment to 8am. I explained that we have kids and tomorrow is the first day of school. 8am is not doable. Our dog also has a 10am vet appointment tomorrow. So Hannah said we can do 9am or 10am. I told her, I do not think you are understanding me. 8am, 9am, and 10am will not work, but the 12pm, noon appointment will work. She then tells me that only those are available because our dog is now a "VIP". I told her, it's okay, we do not have to be a "VIP". She said that we cannot change the "VIP" status because our dog has diabetes, and you can speak with the store manager. I spoke to the store manager and he said the same thing. We have 4 dogs, and we have taken them there for the past 9 years. Plus, we foster dogs and rabbits for local rescue groups. We have spent thousands of dollars at this location, and other local Petco's. Needless to say, we will never step foot in another Petco again. Way to many options / competitors to work with that have better customer service and availability.
