Had a very good experience! they take great care of our fur babies, they take the time to talk through our concerns and want to help us get the best outcomes for our pets. Also online scheduling is easy and they will send perscrptions to chewy for online ordering, so its very convenient.

Vetco saw my cath on a Saturday on an emergency basis Even though they were extremely busy, they saw him quickly and did imaging. They weren't able to treat him there, and so they gave recommendations for emergency vets in the area and even offered to contact them for me. They even checked in, afterwards, to see how he was doing. The people who work at the College Station Vetco are extremely kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering very services in the area.

I brought my senior rescue dog in for a suspected UTI or vaginitis. When I got her, our old vet said it would not be the safest to get her spayed since she is older and has a flat face so when we moved to college Station, I brought her to vetco, over the phone, they seemed really pushy about it being pyometra. I told them she has had a long history with reoccurring UTIs, and they typically happen when the weather starts getting warmer. The vet tech came in and felt her stomach and told me she had memory masses and that they are pretty much always cancerous. Then the vet took her back for an ultrasound and told me her uterus was enlarged and she does have pyometra and that she will need an emergency spay or else she could pass away in 24 to 48 hours. I was destroyed by this terrible news about both the pyometra and the cancer so I immediately took her to the emergency vet that they recommended. I once there, they immediately took her back and prepped her for surgery. They did the surgery and then called me afterwards and told me she did not have pyometra at all and three different veterinarians did an ultrasound to confirm it. They also told me she had no masses in her memory glands or anywhere on her body so I was extremely upset that she had a whole surgery that her old vet advised against because of this wrong information I do not recommend Vetco to anyone! Their misinformation had me distraught and left with an almost $2000 vet bill for an unnecessary surgery that was advised against by her old vet. I am extremely disappointed with this vet and don’t think they really know what they’re talking about. Part of me also suspects that they are getting some kind of kickback from the emergency vet since they were so persistent before I even got there about this being pyometra, Stay as far away from this facility as possible!

Took our young (11 mo) pup in for an emergency visit. Dr. Fisher and Maia were amazing! They got us in the same day and were very thorough, helped us diagnose the issue, and were very empathetic and clear when explaining it. They remembered her when we took her in for a follow up and our dog is feeling much better!
