- KKKaren Kazmierczak5 days ago5.0We made a last minute appointment for Ziggy as he was getting pretty fluffy and itchy. My appointment with my usual mobile groomer was still a few weeks out. I liked being able to set up an appt online. So I was a little nervous taking Ziggy to anew place. When getting there I was greeted right away. Kimmy went through all the info she needed and was very helpful. Ziggy takes a minute to warm up to strangers but he seemed to do so quickly with the staff. I liked that it didn’t feel to chaotic like some past groomers I’ve been to. When picking him up he looked great exactly what we went over. And most importantly to me Ziggy didn’t seem stressed about it. I liked hearing Kimmys feedback as well on how things went during the grooming. I’m always curious on what my little buddy is up to when I’m not around. Overall we had a great experience and we will be back.

My goldendoodle looks like a naked mole rat because the groomer didn’t have guards. Mike is the best but he can’t be the only one that can groom there. See the difference 😢

The last two times, my dog has come home with her nails not done after being told the bath went good and they only couldn’t blow dry her fully. It’s very frustrating that a basic hygiene routine of nail trimming is being skipped. Now 4 days post groom I have to take her somewhere else to get her nails done.
