  Always ask for groomer Izidore. They have been consistently so patient and kind with my family and beloved dog. I’m moving out of state, but my dog and I will truly miss them. Thank you Izidore! 💞

  I have been taking my dog here for grooming for a very long time. This last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. I got a text that my dog is ready. I get there, wait for 5 min for someone to come to the register. Meanwhile a line is forming behind me. Finally someone comes. Looks at the paperwork on the table (not mine) and takes the people behind me in line, who happen to have 3 dogs, after asking for my dogs name. After getting all 3 dogs out one by one, 10 min later, decides to ask if I've been helped. The question didn't occur earlier. When they finally brought out my dog, they started asking me questions about her eyes even though I've documented her eye condition and in that time she tried to jump on someone. Then the genius starts telling my dog not to jump on people. How about we get the heck out of there in less than 30 min and maybe no one will be irate. For $90, they can keep their mess and incredibly slow process. I won't be coming back.

  My dog came back with bad scratches on her eye. We called back and they said they have not done it.I should goto vet and get a proof that it was done by them. This is the worst place to get your dog groomed. I am not ever stepping into this place.
