  Honestly, I am extremely disappointed with the grooming experience at this location. I was originally quoted $167 for two dogs, but when I arrived for drop-off, I was suddenly told the total would be $220. The significant price increase was never disclosed during the initial pricing conversation. After noticing the discrepancy, I called for clarification and was met with a rude and combative attitude from the start. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, manager Michael explained that this location adds several extra charges, including a scissor fee, material fee, and breed-based fees. None of these additional costs were clearly communicated when I requested a quote. I have used other Petco locations, PetSmart, and independent groomers over the years and have never experienced such a large difference between a quoted price and the actual amount charged. Transparent pricing and respectful customer service should be standard, and unfortunately, this location failed in both areas. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this grooming salon to anyone looking for honest pricing, clear communication, or professional customer service.

  We visit Petco about once a week to get a mouse for our ball python. Whenever we go Dyani is usually working. It's always a pleasant experience working with her. She basically knows us by name and as soon as we walk in will assist us and getting the mouse. Last night she showed us to a new snake that was on sale and my daughter was jumping up and down because it was the exact amount she had gotten for her birthday allowance. When Danny talked me into it, and I said that We could bring it home, all of my girls hugged Dyani and thanked her. They named him Prince Charles. Thank you Dyani!!!

  The customer service at this Petco is outstanding. Dyani and April always make sure I’m taken care of, calling me when the products I need arrive. They’re kind, courteous, and the store is always clean. This location is better than any other Petco I’ve visited, so I go out of my way to shop here. They even help make sure my lizard gets the food she needs!

  While they have fun and affordable supplies for pets, the care they provide for the animals is just sad and unfortunately the products do not make up for this. The amount of dead fish and beta in the store is overwhelming and heartbreaking. The least you could do is remove the dead fish from tanks yet they leave all of them there on the bottom. Disgusting and heartless. I dont care if they are just fish, this is a deeper issue and you can not keep supporting a business that fails to care for their animals. I really wish petco would step up their game when it comes to caring for all their animals but unfortunately they wont. I do not recommend shopping here for pet supplies.
