  We recently transferred to this location after moving from Ohio, where we had been loyal Banfield customers for over 15 years. Unfortunately, our first visit here was extremely disappointing. From the start, the experience felt disorganized. The front desk staff called our dog by the wrong name, and when the veterinarian came in, he also appeared to think he was seeing a different patient. During the appointment, the front desk staff entered our room twice without knocking, assuming it was empty. What should have been a quick 5-minute nurse visit turned into an hour-long appointment. Most concerning, the veterinarian never properly introduced himself and administered the wrong injection to our dog. To make matters worse, there was no apology—only an attempt to shift blame onto me. This level of disorganization and lack of care is unacceptable, especially from a practice we’ve trusted for so many years. This was, without question, the worst experience we’ve ever had with Banfield.

  I turned to banfield pet hospital because they are open on Sunday, my dog was ill, and I wanted to get prompt care. I scheduled online two hours before the appointment at 10am. Upon arrival I was informed that they didn’t have their appointment in their system and the slot was taken. The person working the front desk said “yeah. We have this issue with our system often”. Extremely frustrating as this is very out of the way and I drove specifically to get prompt care for my dog. Very unsympathetic response. Avoid Banfield.

  I love the staff at the lakeline location! Everyone is always helpful and friendly and treat my fur babbies with the best care possible!

  I had the worst experience. I booked an appointment for my dogs because it showed as available on the website, but when I arrived, they canceled in-room and pressured me to book a drop-off appointment instead, which would have resulted in a much higher bill. When I asked why the website allowed me to book the appointment, the receptionist was rude and said, “We don’t care about online appointments.” Very unprofessional and disappointing.

  Friendly, knowledgable, explained everything well, low wait time. The dr, tech and front desk staff were a good team. And …most important, our doggie was very comfortable and well cared for by them all. Thanks Banfield!
