- BRBaby Art Rave6 days ago1.0I won't be coming back to this facility. The lack of customer care and the continued upselling me was absolutely horrible. I waited 15 for someone to come to the front desk no apology no nothing and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes just for the tech to come in. I also didn't like the fact that they swooped my baby into the back instead of doing a wellness exam with me being present. It felt off and I absolutely wasn't happy. The doctor never introduced themselves until the very end. I didn't feel good about this place which is why I didn't allow or trust them to give my new kitten her vaccinations. Steer clear! Their is glove disposal fee of almost $6. They are prepared to nickel and dime ya!
