- EBElissa BenitezApr 26, 20262.0I normally don’t have a problem when I get my mini schnauzer groomed here. Everyone is super friendly. However, this last time the hair cut they gave her was not at all what she’s been getting or what I expected. When I dropped her off the groomer asked if we were going the same schnauzer cut, I said yes. She showed me the length and I agreed. I picked her up and was in a hurry due to being out all afternoon. When I got home I noticed she looked different. Her skirt and all the hair on her legs was gone. She was completely shaved except for her beard and eyebrows. I was not at all happy about this. It’s going to take several months to grow her hair out to the length her hair was before, I called and left a voicemail asking for a call back to find out what happened but nobody has called back.
