  The staff is very friendly and genuinely tries to assist customers, even though they are somewhat short-handed. Be patient; when it's your turn, they will do everything they can to help you.

  I took my puppy to get groomed today. I noticed she was whining a lot. I looked at her and the groomer cut real close under her eye and it is red with blood. Her nails were not cut but you all charged me $132 dollars. I called and asked why no one said anything it was just silence I will not take her there anymore!!! The groomer who did it was Ashley at the Petco in Cedar Hill.

  As someone who is a lead at another location, I absolutely love the Cedar Hill location they live by Petco’s mission statement, especially Javireon. This is my first time meeting him, but he was so courteous. He was so nice. He didn’t even know that I was an employee and he’s still extended so much respect and professionalism!

  called and said i was running behind 5 minutes due to traffic. got here 4:05. appoint was for 4 and was told that was fine. literally walking into the store at 4:05 and get to the desk counter and it turns 4:06. vet wasn’t even available right then but told me they can’t check me in. i called when i was on my way and wasted the gas when i could’ve just rebooked if they would have told me right then when i called u have to be there before its actually 5 minutes passed to get checked in

  This particular location looked as if it were holding a fire sale! Disorganized, unorganized and the check out guy charged us full price for a discount rack item. Guess it's on me foe not looking over receipt before leaving. But. Yeah this store is a mess
