- JQJohana Quesada5 days ago3.0Everything was easy to find the cashier was nice a bit disinterested but my real issue was the bathroom. They were absolutely horrendous.. There are dead crickets throughout the store, but also the bathroom it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The toilet cleaner was thrown on the floor and the sink look like a mechanics bathroom sink .

My 14 year old baby was recently prescribed Gabapentin by the Vetco there to help him be more relaxed during vet visits. I told the groomer I gave him the medication as prescribed and I was told they don’t take dogs on medication due to possible heart issues and to reschedule for another day when he is off the medication. My dog is sweet and not aggressive at all. He does have arthritis and can get anxious and the medication was to help with that. This situation was very frustrating as it seems like the groomer is not on the same page as the Vetco. Driving my dog there in the Texas heat just to take him right back home didn’t help his anxiety at all.

As a long-time customer who has had Zuko groomed monthly for the past 4–5 years, it's unfortunate to leave a negative review. I paid for de-shedding and nail trimming, but the groomer was only able to buff three of his four paws. I understand nail trimming can be difficult, but this has never been an issue at my usual location. It’s frustrating to pay full price for a service and not receive the complete service. The groomer also forgot to call me when Zuko was ready for pickup, and there were unnecessary comments about his size and whether he would bark a lot. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t foresee myself returning to this location.
