  I’ve had and loved dogs my entire life, Mandi’s are some of the best out there. Five of my friends (and counting) have gotten puppies from Mandi in the last few years and each one has been exceptional. Like most good breeders, Mandi matches you to the puppy and has an uncanny knack for creating the perfect matches - trust the process. Mandi’s pups are raised in the perfect farm environment and are socialized safely from early on. Once my current pup becomes a dog I’ll be back for another!

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hargrove Heaven and Mandi! From the very beginning, Mandi was responsive, helpful, caring, and always willing to answer our questions. Mandi took the time to understand our household, our lifestyle, and our other dogs, and she gave us the absolute perfect puppy!! Our dogs are our kids, so choosing the right breeder—and the right puppy—meant everything to us. Moses has brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our home, and he was worth every single minute of the wait. ❤️🐾 We’ve already said that when the day comes for another puppy, there’s no question—we’ll definitely be coming back to Hargrove Heaven, no matter where we live!! Thank you, Mandi, for our sweet Moses and for such a wonderful experience. We couldn’t be happier! ❤️

  Over the many years, my wife and I have owned a golden retriever and two Labrador retrievers and all have been excellent dogs. After losing our chocolate lab last summer we decided to bring a new Labrador retriever into our family. After much research we decided to go with Mandi and Hargrove Heaven Farms, and we are so happy that we did. The entire process finding our new little boy was seamless and ongoing communications were great. Most importantly, our new dog is a wonderful long hair chocolate lab. He has been the easiest dog to train and bring into our home and we love him so much. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Hargrove Farms and Mandi for your next puppy.

  Every once in a while, a dog walks into your home and somehow it feels like she was supposed to be there all along. That has been Banjo. ❤️ I adopted Banjo, a retired female from Hargrove Heaven Farms, and I honestly could not have imagined a more perfect transition. I have three French Bulldogs who already have their own little family, their routines, their favorite sleeping spots—and, of course, their opinions. 😂 I knew bringing another adult dog into their home could go either way. But Banjo seemed to understand from the very beginning. She never came in trying to take over. She gave my girls their space and showed such a gentle respect for the fact that this was their home first. She watched, learned, and quietly found where she belonged. And apparently, she decided she belonged right beside them. ❤️ No accidents. No fighting for position. No disruption. She sleeps with them, lies beside them, follows along with their routine, and has simply melted into our family. Looking at the four of them together now, it doesn’t feel like I brought home another dog. It feels like someone was missing…and then Banjo arrived. That kind of temperament doesn’t happen by accident. It says so much about the way she was raised, loved, socialized, and cared for at Hargrove Heaven Farms. Retiring a breeding dog and trusting someone else with the next chapter of her life has to be bittersweet. I hope they know that Banjo didn’t just find a place to retire. She found her home. She is loved. She is family. And she will spend the rest of her life knowing exactly how special she is. Thank you, Hargrove Heaven Farms, for trusting me with your girl. You raised her. You loved her first. And I promise I’ll love her from here. ❤️🐾

  Five years later, I can still say choosing Hargrove Heaven Farm was one of the best decisions we ever made. We brought our chocolate Lab, Olivia, home on July 17, 2021, but our experience with Mandy started long before that day. From the very first time I reached out asking about a chocolate Lab, Mandy was incredibly hands-on, knowledgeable, compassionate, and transparent throughout the entire process. She kept us updated through the mom’s pregnancy, let us share in the excitement when the first puppy was born, and continued sending updates during those following weeks as we waited for the day we could finally meet our puppy. We never felt like we were simply “buying a dog.” We felt included in Olivia’s journey from the very beginning. The attention to detail in preparing the puppies for their new homes was something we especially appreciated. About a week before Olivia came home, Mandy had us send a piece of clothing with our scent so Olivia could begin getting familiar with us before we ever took her home. Little things like that showed us how much thought and care went into making the transition as easy as possible for the puppies. And it worked. Olivia came home already familiar with basic commands like sit and down, slept through the night in her crate, and was practically potty trained. We had very few accidents. The transition into our home was remarkably easy, and I give so much credit to the work Mandy put into those puppies during their first weeks of life. Most importantly, Olivia came to us a happy, confident and healthy puppy. Five years later, she is still healthy, incredibly loving, smart, full of personality, and truly one of the greatest joys in our lives. We couldn’t imagine our family without her. I also want to acknowledge something that matters to me: adoption and rescue are wonderful, and I absolutely believe in giving dogs in need loving homes. But I also believe there is nothing wrong with choosing a responsible breeder when that breeder is compassionate, experienced, ethical, and genuinely committed to the health and well-being of their dogs. That was our experience with Mandy and Hargrove Heaven Farm. Five years later, when I look at Olivia, I don’t just remember the day we brought her home. I remember all those updates before she was born, watching the litter arrive, waiting to meet her, and finally bringing our girl home. We would make the same decision all over again.
