  this place was great but the last 3 time extremely uncomfortable for my dog and the groomer didnt seem pleased i brought my 4 month old dog end today 30 mins early 2 hours later they still havent started trimming my puppy they called me to let me know that she shit in the kinal i mean she a pup said they have to reschedule i gat there and they preceded to show apic of the kenal allike it a good reason to not do there job and what i saw in the pic was that she was left to walk around in her fecies and ignore buy the staff for hour i also had my other dog to get her nail witch i been bringing here there for 7 years today they had a blue hair lady that never did her nail before there say my dog try to bit here witch i think she was probably rough with my dog she is 16 year old and sensitive because her nails a month over due for a trim they wouldn’t accept her the last time be cause here rabbies shot wasnt up to dat gat apointment to get a rabies shot guess what they couldnt give a rabies shot because she was up to date gat the information fix in the system lik im done with this place there on my last nerve i gave 5 to 10 dollar tip for the nails every time i came her my dog never bit the groomer clearly ain’t experienced enough and should not trim older dogmoral of the story they didnt start cutting my dog hair at the desinated time decided to get to her an 1 hour and 30 mins late from her apointment they probably avoided her shiting in the kenal if they started on time but she was in there for 2 hour of course she going to get scared like i gat her of the streat 2 months ago she probably thought we abandoned here this place clearly dont care about the pet like there was shit paw print all over the cage they should of check one here alote sooner before it gat to that poing it was clearly neglected what i saw in the picture
