    To be honest they need way better communication than what they provided. I had made an appointment for my dog, get there check in. My dog is taken to the back. I was told by the guy there (rory) If I remember correctly, that if I dont want to wait I can come back and they will call me when he is done...ok no problem. And hour and half goes by I return and decide to wait after running a few errands. I am sitting there, no one addresses me. Until finally the one lady asks me if she can help, and i kindly ask her to check on my dog. She goes to the back, comes out and states that (rory) had put my dog down as a drop off....i ask her what that means. .she tells me that with "drop offs" they push them to the back and see the dogs with appointments first ...that my dog has not even been seen yet, and it would be another 45 min wait because the vet just went to lunch....im sorry WHAT? I had an appointment! I arrived ON TIME early even! My dog has been seen there multiple times and this has never happened to me before. Needless to say I told them to bring my dog out and I would be going somewhere else indefinitely. There is ZERO reason this even happened at all. It makes no sense why nothing was communicated, or why i was even "put down" as a drop off in the first place when I had an appointment on the books for 2 days before the day of! Another gentleman at the front told me never to fill out the white sheet of paper which was given to me to fill out because that means my dog becomes a drop off at that point...smh...i was handed a sheet to go over which I had THOUGHT was updating my dogs info. Like I said he had been seen there multiple times. They Need to work on communication, or getting someone at the front desk who even knows how to do the job correctly.

    A money hungry and unethical practice & franchise. I would avoid if you care about your pets. Charges for unnecessary services just to make a dollar.

    My dog Ranger has been going to Banfield since 2018. Today I canceled our plan. We brought him in because he was sick. We were charged a lot of money and they sent him home with poop all over his butt. We didn’t bring him in that way. They need to treat people’s pets as their own. I am so disappointed and can’t believe they treat people’s pets like that.

    I am surprised I haven't already left a review here. One of the most top notch grooming services we have. The team is knowledgeable on thier craft and takes responsibility for your peta well being. We have huskies and the fur is an outrageous feat. We do have line of site for blowouts on a more regular basis. And it's cost effective. What a team, and the customer service is top notch. You can tell the team really cares for animals. No matter how nervous your pet is, they take on the responsibility for making them feel comfortable. True professionals.
