  Wanted to get my dogs nails trimmed August 21st at 10:00 am. I called August 20th and talked to the new guy Tyler. I told him that Dakota need her nails trimmed and would he please see if he would put her on the schedule, Tyler said that she did not need to be scheduled just for nail trim I told him that I had been there before and they always made me get an appointment. He said it was not needed and that he had 8 years of dog grooming and no one schedules just for a nail trim. I asked him if he would do her nails so I would have no trouble he agreed told me he came in at 10:00 am and I said fine she will be there at 9:50 am he said fine and I thought nothing of it. Well, I called this morning and the first lady who answered was rude as hell. I tried to tell her why I was calling and she cut me off saying we don't have a dog named Dakota on the schedule and I told her if you let me finish I can tell you why. She was a little irritated but I finally got to tell her why I was calling and that is when things went down hill. So, I asked to.speak to the manger (Tammy) it did not get any better she said that Dakota cannot be seen today at 10:00 but could be seen later. I told her that would not work because my boyfriend took off from work for an.hour to take the dog. She just kept on as if I was in the wrong. I would not make such a big deal about this but I did everything right and still being the one who is treated as if I am the bad person. So, I called corporate. I am glad I had recorded both conversations the one with Tyler and the one from this morning. Even if we settle this I WILL NEVER TAKEMY DOG BACK TO BE GROOMEDBY THEM. The reason is because of the tone in those 2 ladies voices just did not sit right with me. The first one was so nasty I am afraid she might take it out on my poor dog. We have been good customers for years but I think a change is long over do

  Were very nice. Nicely asked customer waiting on a price check if i could be waited on in the meantime. Handeled very professionally

  They really have a good selection. Just not enough help had to carry a big aquarium out they did give me something to roll it on but it was a lot.

  I was trying to look around and an employee got kinda irritated even though I didn’t do anything wrong and then told me to move in an annoyed way and that same employee got visibly pissed when I tried getting a fish

  The cashier told my about a broom to pick up dog hair and I ask that it was $10 off online and up store and she told me no and I paid full price $54.22 for the broom and she was talk to her employee while she ring me up and not paying attention to what she was doing I’m not coming back to this store ever again.
