I have been taking my dog to VetCo inside PetCo for several years. Each year previously, when I texted VetCo to notify them of our arrival in the parking lot, the process was I would receive a text notifying me when to bring my dog inside. I texted as usual. No reply. Thinking perhaps they were running late, I waited 30 minutes, texted again. Still no reply. I finally went inside. The staff assisting the vet didn't know what I was talking about. Maybe the process changed since last year. When I initially made the appointment, the instructions were I would receive an e-mail to fill out a questionnaire about my dog 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is how the process has worked in previous years. Never received an e-mail or a text this time. When I mentioned this, the staff working with the vet had no idea what I was talking about. Seems things have changed since last summer, and not for the better. Less organization this year. The vet was nice. But when administering my dog's oral vaccine and most of it came back out of my dog's mouth, the vet stated not to worry, the vaccine only needed to "touch her mucous membranes" to be effective. I hope she's correct. I'm boarding my dog in August, and need her protected from disease. If she becomes ill, I will not be happy. Overall, a much less pleasant experience than the past several years. I will seriously reconsider using VetCo in the future.

Worst customer service! Weren't busy waited 5 mins after speaking with the sales associate to get assistance but she waited 5 minutes to even call for anyone and it's already been 10 minutes on top of that just to get a few mice
