- JWJonathan Walden3 days ago1.0I made a grooming appointment for today that was accepted with a confirmation notice and when I brought my dog to the store they informed me that the groomer is not going to be in today. Offered me a spot tomorrow, but I worry at the chemical plants and cannot get free on weekdays, hence my attempt today. I stopped coming to this store for a long time because of all the customer service issues. Decided I would give them another chance, but looks like I will be continuing to boycott this store and will stick with PetSmart. Do better !

Manager told me they stand by food and I can bring it back even if half a bag is gone. Well, when I got home with everything we decided to wait on changing dog food. So I took it back never opened. They took it back ok but never told you there was a return fee of nearly 8.00. I was shocked. I returned it the next day. Any way, just wanted people to be aware of the return policy. That is me is petty so never again will I go there. Petsmart is far better in every respect.
