Then she said there was no appointment, so i showed her my email for the appointment and the system error, then she said there nothing she can do with attitude. She said I cancel it, then I showed her the system error, then she said my groomers can only take so many dogs, so what do you want me to do GIRL with attitude. after she did that i said well I'm just going to leave a review. Then she said don't threaten me with a review with an aggressive attitude. I said its not a threat its a promise. Then she said why you had an appointment today and another on the 30th. I said I take medical transportation, so I didn't know if medical transportation could take me today. She then said you just wanted nobody else to have that spot, i explained the third time that I had medical transportation so i didn'tknow if my medicaltransportation could take me earlier. I was trying to have them groomed my pet, and I explained several times that I don't have a vehicle. So this was a waste of medical transportation. So now she canceled my appointment on the 30th and is refusing to groomed pet. I would not recommend the petco in baytown at all.
