  I can not rave about the staff and care they gave our dogs and cats enough! Absolutely the best crew I’ve had seen my animals in a long time and glad I made the choice to go there! From the 18 y/o dog to the 6 week old kitten every one of our 7 animals were handled with love and care.

  Very disappointed. A waste of $320 dollars. I made a appointment online on Sunday for Monday morning because my dog is not eating. I told them I think he is having a problem with his teeth. Some one called me Monday morning to confirm. I told the the exact same thing. The dog is not eating, I think his teeth hurt. Not sure. When I got there they said we need to do some blood work to see how his organs are working. To rules out things. He is 14 years old. I said ok.They came back and said everything looks normal. (Great) Then said we do not have a surgeon here. We do not do doggy dental work. I don't think they even looked in his mouth. To confirm he has dental problem. They charge me $60 for a handful of pain pills. Thanks for coming in. Come back if he If does not get better and we can can refer you to a dogie dental surgeon. I an not ever sure it is his teeth. They did not solve anything other than taking my money. They should have said we do not do dental work when they called to confirm the appointment. Then giving pain pills when the dog does not eat. There in there write up said appetite normal. What the hell. Did they nor even listen to me.

  Had an emergency with my dog. Found they immediately tended to the best of their ability’s to help my dog. Gave me information as soon as they could. Explained all options and answered all my questions. Made sure I was aware of what was happening and what was going to happen from that point forward. Unfortunately they did their best but in the end we had to put him down. They didn’t prolong the time between questions and answers and what they had to do. They comforted me during the entire situation.

  The nurse, Hannah was great with our Shih Tzu. She was gentle and very patient with her. The doctor did a thorough examination and explained the results in detail. She was professional, knowledgeable, caring and very helpful. We definitely recommend this vet for your pets needs.
