  This Petco location truly stands out from the rest and has become my go to shop for everything my dog needs. The store is always clean and well organized which makes shopping a really pleasant experience. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about animals which you can feel the moment you walk in. They have a great selection of food toys and accessories for all kinds of pets. I always leave feeling like my furry friend is in good hands with the products I find here.

  Absolutely amazing - I tried 3 vets in Austin all of them wanted to tranquillize my dog just to cut her nails - she s only 30lbs. But of a drama queen but not TERRIBLE. The Petco grooming team was soooo amazing - 10min in and out, all done and she was happy as one can be. No drama, just professional service - we’ll be back for sure! Thank you Elise ❣️

  The best one stop shop for all your pet needs in Austin! Petco in Austin is an absolute essential for any pet owner and this location never fails to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. The selection of pet food, toys, accessories, health products and grooming supplies is incredibly comprehensive and the quality across every category is consistently excellent. The store is always clean, well organized and easy to navigate making every visit quick and genuinely enjoyable. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and clearly passionate about animals and their wellbeing which makes getting advice and recommendations an absolute pleasure. The grooming services are also outstanding and my pet always comes out looking absolutely wonderful. Petco in Austin is a store I trust completely for everything my furry companion needs and one I recommend wholeheartedly to every pet owner in the area!

  Wystan is a natural with fish and knows lots of cool facts and had great attitude with the labor of love of catching fish and did it very quickly

  The staff and grooming team are very good and responsive and friendly. I gave them three stars because the place is so incredibly dirty. The grooming area and the store has hair piled up under all of the shelving and you can tell that it just hasn’t been cleaned in quite a long while. When you think about the food and sanitary conditions for your pet, this place gives me a bit of a pause otherwise I’d give them a five.
