  Most useless bunch of people ove ever met in my life. No one was willing to help me look for a specific product I have purchased here before. Absolutely ridiculous.

  The whole area is dirty and full of homeless people. I can’t wait on my ride without some grubby man trying to pick me up. The inside of Petco wasn’t clean enough and everything for cat food, toys, and medications were disorganized. You had signs for churu’s at the back, but you had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the churu 50, cat toys, cat care and other cat stuff at the middle of the store, but before you get to the cat aisle there are two dog aisles. Petco needs to have more cat aisles and stuff. There are much more cat owners in Austin than there are dog owners. They barely have anything from Soulistic and Weruva (OMG Bff) at this location. The workers there at Petco are overworked and underpaid that is probably why they’re having conversations while ringing up their customers about pay and hours. These people don’t even much have health insurance and they worked more than 40 hours with less than $20 an hour pay. Do better Petco. The money that we spend on our fur babies can go to help y’all employees have a stable income and living wage in Austin’s expensive apartment and housing economy. Some of these people working there could barely afford their gas, uber/lyft, or to take the bus to work.
