She assured me that it would be a minute or less and she was exactly right! I will be going here more often
- AAalimac2Jul 5, 20265.0I took my dog to Barton creek for a cool off session and he somehow ended up getting at least one cut. The blood was all over his ear/the side of his head and I couldn't tell where it was coming from or how bad it was. But I did see a very prominent but small cut on his ear I couldn't get to stop bleeding. The cashier/rep, Diana, was AMAZING. both at keeping me calm and figuring out how to stop Charlie's bleeding. She was incredibly knowledgeable about what would help as well as what could've caused it, and is very good about working with very skittish dogs who are not necessarily sure about people (my boy is a rescue and was already confused, but would work for cookies and scratches ) He is currently bathed and lounging on the bed. It was thankfully that one ear and one small one on the other side. No more blood. I can't thank her enough. would absolutely come back here and she deserves a raise!
