- KWKaran WatsonOct 5, 20265.0I want to thank Alice and Lori for all that they have done for getting us in for an appointment and taking great care of my baby Kansas...We were visiting from out of town and my baby was limping... I immediately called this location and they got us scheduled for the next following morning... We were greeted immediately by Alice and then Tori came out to assist Alice and with a smile, she said good morning...it's the customer service for me especially in the mornings... Alice took us back and we waited for 5 minutes...Lori came in and asked us questions in regards to Kansas..We answered all of her questions and then she informed us of some IT issues with our plan because all of his vaccines had been performed...I'm so happy that she let us know... Lori called and let us know what was going on with Kansas and that he was ready to be picked up...She provided the cost of his medication as well... Im.so Grateful that we have Banfield Pet Insurance... They were a life saver especially during a family trip... We will use them again whenever we come back...
- CCCalltonySep 30, 20261.0We made an online appointment at 5:30pm, they called us at 5:10pm, to tell us that they won’t see noone at 5:30pm also no reason was provided for why or whatsoever, we also just needed a refill for my babies medicine, she also was diagnosed with pneumonia and ran out of her stomach medicine that stops her from regurgitating her food so she doesn’t get pneumonia AGAIN. Yeah they don’t care about you or your pet, find a better vet clinic if you like your family member pet.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
