  They did an awesome job with Rick, our Shih Tzu. He looks great, they were easy to work with, and the whole process was incredibly convenient. We were so happy with everything that we’ve already got our second appointment on the schedule. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great groomer!

  Kontota was so easy to work with! I reached out late in the evening and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. I was unable to retrieve my parent’s dog vaccinations due to the after hours scheduling, and Kontota reached out to the vet to acquire them for me! Our groomer, Savannah, was extremely communicative and updated me on her arrival time and sent pictures during the grooming session. My parent’s dog looks great! Highly recommend this service!

  We had Will for bathing and grooming g both our standard size golden doodles. One who is more anxious and requires extra attention and both dogs looked great and did great with him. Highly recommend and will def be using this service again. This was our first time using a mobile groomer!

  We wanted to book a mobile groomer because we have three dogs and it was easier to get them all groomed at once. We found this grooming company online and booked with them. The first time it was great, the employee was on time as scheduled and we got all the dogs groomed. We book a second time and they didn’t show up at the scheduled time, so we called the phone number to see where they were at. They did not return the call until 3 hours later only to inform us that the employee was still finishing a prior appointment. There was no communication with us that she would be late. We were forced to cancel our appointment since by the time we heard from them it was after 4. (they told us they’d be at our house between 1pm-3pm). Now, we try to book again for the third time. We let them know that we are at a new location. They said they could still come out but it would be an added travel fee. We agree and book the appointment since we were in need to get our dogs groomed now that they were long overdue. They text us two hours before the scheduled time saying they can no longer come to the new location. We call them to discuss why this changed so suddenly and it’s an AI representative. This was incredibly infuriating since they did not groom our dogs the second time they were suppose to come out and now they cannot groom them again. Unfortunately, this mobile grooming company lacks communication and was nothing but frustrating and expensive. We are very disappointed that this is how the company treated us as new customers.

  We always request Yesaira! She ensures that our dogs are groomed exactly how we like it. She takes excellent notes to remember for the next visit and she always comes prepared. The company has many different options and has stuff for sensitive skin/allergy prone dogs. 10/10 recommend the company and we recommend Yesaira.
