  They really care about the animals well-being they take very good care of them they’re the best I might go some other Vet closer to me or something minor but if it comes down to something serious this is where I’m taking them

  While this veterinary clinic operates as a team and I've no complaints at all, my experience with Dr Clay leads me to write about her outstanding professional excellence. As the owner of an aggressive dog, it is difficult to find animal professionals who are willing enough and sufficiently experienced to help. With 3 dogs and 3 cats, I spend enough time with my vet that a relationship, trust, and confidence is paramount. Dr Clay makes me AND my animals feel safe, heard, understood, comfortable, at ease in a stressful situation, and cared for on a personal basis. My animals love her. I love her.

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Clay and the entire clinic. From the moment we walk in, the vets and staff are always kind, welcoming, and caring. It’s clear that everyone there truly loves animals and treats them like family. Dr. Clay has been such a compassionate and patient veterinarian for our dogs, especially during a very difficult time with our sweet Bodhi as he navigates dementia. She has been so understanding and has always taken the time to answer my questions, ease my worries, and help us through each step. Her patience and kindness have meant so much to our family during such an emotional time. She also helped us figure out that our Zena was struggling with allergies and got her started on the allergy shots she needed. She also worked so hard with our other dog through a stubborn UTI that just wouldn’t go away. She stayed with us through the process and never gave up until she was fully better. Dr. Clay truly goes above and beyond for her patients and the families who love them. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always there when we need her. We are so grateful to have found her and trust her with our dogs. We absolutely love Dr. Clay and the entire team!

  Dr. Lexi Clay is truly an exceptional veterinarian. The care, compassion, and genuine love she shows for animals is evident in every interaction. She has cared for my beloved pets, Louie and Meow Meow, with such kindness, patience, and dedication that I always know they are in the best hands. Dr. Clay takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and treat each animal as if they were her own. Her compassion not only comforts my pets but also gives me peace of mind as their owner. It’s rare to find a veterinarian who combines such professional expertise with such a caring heart.   After years of being a client here, I am done. I will be requesting records and transferring primary care to a new veterinarian. Their hours are amazing, the staff is kind, and the pricing is more than fair... but the follow-through on care is significantly lacking. Every time I called to make an appointment there was always something wrong. Examples: being told that my dog had never been seen there before when we had just been in a month prior, being told that I didn't send proof of vaccines (so I forwarded them REPLYING to the email with the attachment saying they would add it to our file), being scheduled for something incorrectly, being put under the wrong provider, being told that I still owe my full payment when I checked our prior to leaving the room (they called to try to run my card again and I had to show proof through my bank that I had already paid), and being told my dog needed a new exam for a prescription when he had just been seen less than 30 days prior - they just didn't check before declining the refill (on his prescription diet). Today was no exception to the above. I know my cattle dog is difficult. She is on a chronic medication and so when I scheduled her for a sedated nail trim, I verified if she needed a wellness exam to keep her prescription current. I was told yes, she was due. No problem. I'm happy to do that. Scheduled for a wellness exam and nail trim. Had the receptionist repeat it back to me. When we checked in "you're just here to see a tech for a sedated nail trim, right?" To make matters worse - this is the part that caused me to write the review - my dog was sedated with injectable sedation (again, no big deal as I'm aware she is difficult). The total came out to $118 for sedation, exam, and nails. Not a bad price. I get home and neither of her dewclaws were even trimmed with the sharp tips being snipped off. As I'm struggling with her to get these done on the tail end of her sedation I find FOUR more nails that weren't cut at all. One was long and sharp. I don't understand how this could have happened, I'm upset. I had my dog sedated and four out of eighteen nails weren't even cut. That's 20% of a job done, and I paid 100% of the cost. If they're this rushed on a nail trim, I'm concerned with what other mistakes are being made in my dogs' care. I have attempted to address this with a manager in the past and I was told "mistakes happen" or "there's nothing we can do" (like when they put my dogs cast on too tight and he was extremely uncomfortable causing me to have to come in two days after it was put on to have it redone - again, I got charged the full price for their mistakes.) I hope they read this and make changes for their other clients. If they don't I hope others can go in with caution and advocate for their pets while there paying for services.
