Vet office, was great. The grooming area was not. I was advised that first come first served. I brought my dog in at 8 am, first in, was told they had to walk the others animals first. I understand no problem. Was told several hours and they would call when my was ready. I checked in at 11 am, and was informed they are just now working on my dog. Will take 45 minutes. I think they need to stop saying first come first serve. I will not be using this service in the future.

Took my cat there to get euthanized and I can hear my baby crying. They used a decathator! Why would they do that. Too crappy to just put a disposable pad under him. My poor baby died in pain as they were using a de"cat" "hater" 😢

My frenchie; Coco, suffered heat stroke at a groomer & I took her to Brookhollow for emergency treatment... they saved her gave her oxygen & I.V. fluid... They couldn't keep her overnight so I called this place & brought her to stay overnight. I was told it would be $500.00 no problem. But they told me they couldn't assure me she would not die in two days anyway... I still brought her. I arrived & staff is wonderful but immediately they want to do blood work for an additional $208.00 .... A tech took her & got blood about two hours pass & a staff member told me the blood machine wasn't working right but they finally got it working & results might be ready soon ... How can I be comfortable with any results or leaving my dog here??? My objective was to save her life by having her cared for by medical professionals in an environment better than my home?? Don't do it ; better if you care for your pet at home... I should NOT be charged for this test that i wasn't expecting... They didn't Watch her or give her ANY attention.. .🐾 I left & will make small payments but Will Not go back or recommend them.. Frenchies can't take heat & my Groomer almost killed her in a dryer on a HOT day! Then this Vet Clinic wasted my time taking to Athens for "0" care sat for hours....💰💰💰

Super nice place , comes highly recommended, but I have personally made 4 trips there now with a 6 month old puppy for diahrrea and no resolution but I’m still being charged every trip and it’s still the same situation from the first trip. I don’t agree with that part . My name is Nathan my dog is Gucci . So not trying to be disrespectful or discreet but will have to say I am very disappointed. Now hey want another $225 to test his diarrhea after 4 previous visits!
