- RRRaeJun 3, 20265.0I placed an order online for a leash and harness to pick up in store and one of my items was marked as out of stock but I found one in store. I was also complicated and used an online gift card ðŸ˜. David was very nice and stood there for almost half an hour with customer service trying to get my gift card refunded so I didn’t have to pay my own money for a mistake that they made in store. They were very nice and were in a good mood and I didn’t feel like I was being trouble to them at all! Thanks Petco, me and Nacho are very happy to go on our walks together now.
