  I have previously purchased all of my reptiles from this location. Never had any issues always kind. However the same MANAGER with the red and gold braids that has previously helped me was so NONCHALANT! I honestly didn’t want to buy. I only did because I wanted that specific one. When I said” I’ve never experienced this kind of service from you” her tone was SO WHAT. The reply was “I’M TIRED I WORK TWO JOBS!! Well sorry just wanted to let you know. I was the same tired however I work full time and go to school full time. Regardless how I felt I treated her with RESPECT! So if you sooo tired that you have to be RUDE! Especially as the MANAGER!!! Quit one of those jobs. Taking your being tired out on customers is horrible. I wanted a little information on feeding etc. she had an attitude because I wanted to know about a pet I’m purchasing!! DO BETTER PETCO ! Customer service goes a long way. The gentleman very friendly helped and answered every question I had. Thanks for him! I’ll continue buying my food supplies etc from PetSmart. They treat you so much better. Petco just happened to have the color!!!!

  Horrible service! We went there 3x's! We went there for the grooming and WOW! My dog is almost 1 year and 6 months,weighing not even 8lbs. They had my lil baby for OVER 6hrs. Which is highly ridiculous!!! Let's just say, we WILL NOT take her back!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!! I can't even talk /think about this anymore and it's only been a day since she went!! SMDH

  We went in for a couple of fish for my son and there were two employees back there a man and a woman. Looks like they were cleaning the fish tanks. (Floor soaking wet) The gentleman was very polite and asked us how we were doing but he ended up walking away. The young lady how ever was not very welcoming seemed like she didn't want to help. We were standing back there for quite some time and then my son had an accident so we had to go to the car and my mom stayed to get the fish. The young lady never said anything to my mom and my mom eventually asked if there was someone that could help her. The young lady seemed irritated that she had to stop scrubbing the tanks to help my mom get the fish and had an unpleasant attitude. My mom thanked her for her time and she replied "mhmm" and went right back to scrubbing the tanks. The cashier thankfully was kind and made the experience better. I understand people have bad days but to just completely ignore a customer knowing you're the only employee back there was just not a good feeling.
