  I had my first ever vet appointment here with my new kitten, and they set me and my baby up for success before we made a big move to a new home together! They even helped me transition to a new practice after just one appointment, which really speaks to how much they care!

  i don’t usually leave reviews but i wanted to leave a review for this place because it was the best experience on there end for me. my cat needed an emergency visit and they’re dre able to get me an appointment within that hour. my husband was out of town so i was all alone with my very sick elderly cat and the vet and technician went above and beyond for my cats care but they didn’t stop there, they offered emotional support for me as well. the communication was amazing and i could feel how much they cared for their patients. will definitely be making them my primary care vet for my baby now.

  Our dogs love going to the vet to see all their friends! They take the best care of us and explain everything.

  Great staff, the doctor was amazing. We were visiting from out of town and they made us feel like we were home. I couldn’t thank them enough.

  We began bringing our new miniature schnauzer to Crossroads in late May, and from our very first visit, Dr. Minton made us feel welcomed and supported. She took the time to answer our questions, provide thoughtful guidance, and ensure we felt confident in caring for our puppy. Not long after, we brought in our cat, who experiences significant stress during veterinary visits. Rather than making us feel judged because she hadn't been seen in some time, Dr. Minton and her exceptional team of technicians treated both her and us with kindness, understanding, and compassion. They respected our cat's boundaries, handled her with remarkable patience, and made what is typically a difficult experience as comfortable as possible. The level of professionalism, empathy, and quality of care we have received has exceeded our expectations. It is evident that the entire team is genuinely committed to the well-being of both their patients and the families who love them. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care they have provided and look forward to partnering with Crossroads for many years as they help keep our beloved pets happy and healthy.
