  Dog got bit by a stray was able to come in that day and they were quick and professional, and continued to be even with our 2 weeks later stitches removal appointment

  Dr. Dykstra is absolutely amazing. He was so good with my elderly dog. Very gentle and informative. I now take all my pets to see him.

  This is seriously the best vet hospital, they are so kind, so quick, and genuinely charge you fairly. I refuse to take my cat anywhere else because of how great and sweet they are! Please don’t hesitate to come here, you won’t regret it!

  Disappointing Experience – Lack of Attention to Detail and Care I chose this clinic after relocating to Texas based on its high ratings, even taking the time to read doctor bios so I could request a veterinarian who owns cats. Unfortunately, our visit for a new patient exam for two cats was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Key Issues: Administrative Disconnect: Despite filling out forms online and emailing vaccination history prior to the visit, I was required to fill out the paperwork again upon arrival. Additionally, we were assigned a completely different doctor than the one requested without any notice or explanation. Rushed & Disinterested Exam: The exam for both cats combined lasted roughly five minutes. The doctor asked zero questions about their diet, litter box habits, environment, or medical history. When mentioning weight loss for one cat, the doctor gave a vague answer of "really, anything" only after we pushed for specifics. Uncommunicated Treatments: A 3-year vaccination was administered without any prior discussion or consent during the exam; we were only informed at checkout. Severe Inaccuracies in Medical Records: The rabies certificates left weight blank and listed incorrect dates of birth. Right after leaving, I received automated "Happy Birthday" emails for both cats with their birth dates set to the day of the exam. Dismissive Management: When I called the next day to get the records corrected and share my experience, the office manager offered no accountability, simply wishing me luck in finding a vet that "meets my expectations." As a pet owner seeking attentive, quality medical care, this level of care and poor attention to detail was unsettling. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice.
