- BPBLACKCAT PEREZSep 6, 20264.0I usually go to Pet Supplies plus,But Madison doesn't work there anymore. I try calling to see if they could squeeze me in Saturday. So from 9am to 10am I call 4 times,No one answer the Grooming dept & the front desk no one answer. So I call Pet Co. They had an opening at 1pm. The good thing about Pet Co. The Grooming department was right in front. With my bad knees I really appreciate that. The Mgr. Hannah took care of Boy, sometimes he can get a Lil snippy when they try to trim his nails. Their policy is when that happens, they'll only do the dogs back paws. Because they don't muzzle your dog.But Hannah handle it like a Dog Whisperer. Not only that she managed to cleared his glands. Which Pet Supplies said they were unable to do. I was very pleased with their service they gave me. I recommend you give there Grooming department a Chance. Thank You Hannah
