Awesome experience, Paul was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Went from intending to buy a single goldfish to buying a full aquarium with many fish for my son. Highly recommend.

Very passionate and extremely helpful staff! I visit regularly for aquarium and fish supplies, and they always take the time to answer questions and make sure you're getting the right products.
My only "complaint" is that they're sometimes so passionate about fish care that they'll politely turn down a sale and insist on testing your water first. 😄 It can be a little inconvenient, but it's clear they genuinely care about the health of the fish rather than just making a sale.

They have their leopard geckos on calci sand, that will kill them. they are selling sick animals and teaching improper care, even that carpet they usually use would be better. I don't understand why they just don't use paper towels, it's cheaper and easier to clean if that's what they want. if it's aesthetic purposes then just use dirt.

I have been in this store just once and spent over $70. The store is nice and the inventory is varied. However, there’s an old lady working at the counter that really should not be there. I recommended the store to my daughter and when she went there to spend over $100, the old lady was extremely rude to her, racist and xenophobic. She said my daughter’s name was weird and that my daughter didn’t know how to pronounce words properly in English. This is unacceptable. We are already talking to a lawyer to help us in how to proceed in this situation. So, if this person is going through something bad in her personal life, the clients have nothing to do with it. My daughter was chocked when she left the store and felt very uncomfortable with the way she was treated. We will never go back to there and I hope the management can do something to prevent this employee to be such a disrespectful person.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in years. Staff was disrespectful and totalitarian. I called in because I had taken a wrong turn and was running 6 minutes behind schedule. The woman on the phone said okay, we’ll see you here then. I parked 6 minutes past and walked through the doors 7 minutes past. They informed me they have a 5 minute rule where I’d have to wait for the next couple appointments to see my dogs and I had a cleaning appointment I had to be home for. When I called in ahead of time and I asked if there would be any issues, they didn’t disclose this to me nor would I come in if they had. Not to mention, what an awful corporate policy to have. I have never heard of any other services company that has that strict of a grace period. Then, despite knowing that they made the mistake of not telling me, they still refused to service me then and after me telling them I had to go at a specific time, knowing my dogs were sick. The culture of the staff there was incredibly unctuous, inflexible, and disingenuous, and those traits were evident in the initial front desk I spoke with as well as their manager.
