  I rarely post reviews, but my experience warrants one. I’m an officer in Martin, I got off a 12-hour overnight shift and postponed sleep to get appointments out of the way. After a full day of appointments, I brought a very sick kitten with an upper respiratory infection in for his appointment at 1430. Checked in. Waited an hour and noticed others who showed up at the same time as me go back, get done and leave. Then a couple came in for their appointment at 1530, it took them getting taken back at around 1540 for me to decide to cancel the kittens appointment for the day and the ones I had scheduled for my two cats tomorrow. I waited over an hour and was told the vet was busy. Have the respect for clientele’s time to inform them of that before they wait an hour or stop scheduling things so close together that this even becomes an issue. Most vets charge a fee for people missing their appointment or they won’t be seen if they show up late. Luckily I’m able to get the sick kitten in tomorrow elsewhere.

  10/10 experience getting my cat's shots. Dr. Rowlett and her tech are beyond friendly and well knowledgeable!

  On Friday 08/28/2026, I took my Ying in to be seen, she was almost 14 years old and her health was rapidly declining. I don't know the nurse/vet techs name but she was very sweet, understanding and sympathetic. And then the vet came in and from the moment Dr Rowlett stepped foot into our room, she was simply amazing. She explained everything to me, she sympathized with me and at 1 point I thought she was going to cry with me. Her and her nurse worked so well together and made sure I had all the time I needed to say goodbye to my sweet girl. I could not have asked for a better experience on such a horrible day and I am so thankful they both were there. Please make sure they both see this and know how thankful I am for them and their compassion and understanding 💕

  My dog, Benny, was hit by a car and had to get his back leg amputated here almost 5 years ago here. Well 5 years later and he is still the most happy and energetic puppy of all time, hes even able to keep up with a golf cart at full speed with only 3 legs tho only for a short while! I wanna thank each nd everyone here because if it wasnt for yall I would've lost my baby a long time ago
