- KJK JMay 11, 20265.0I appreciated how kind they were to our new dog. She has been through a lot the past few weeks after her mom (previous dog owner) passed away. We absolutely love her, but she’s still getting used to us and her new home. They noticed she was shy and anxious, and they took extra good care of her with compassion and kindness. Her haircut is absolutely perfect and is exactly what we asked for. Thank you for doing such a good job and being so gentle with her.

I have used Petco in Las Vegas Nevada for three years prior and my dog was never banned. They worked with her and were way more understanding in Nevada. My dog is very important to me and she was treated with no respect. Do not take your fur baby to this Petco.

Had the same speck of dirt on his leg when I took him home that he came in with. His face had to be done again when he came out. Stylist kept me waiting to talk to her knowing that I wasn't happy and spent over an hour waiting on what was supposed to be a zoom groom. Also was interested in his testicles which was very strange to me. I should get a full refund!!!
