Thus experience was disappointing..overcharged...no style once groomed just all cut short....with appointment it took 5 hrs with several excuses for why it took so long. After I left I received info about a future appointment that I did not make. I will not be back.

- DSDebbie Sweeney5 days ago1.0I found disgusting fly eggs in the box of Tiki Cat. I promptly returned it. Unfortunately, when I bought it, with 3 other boxes, the box looked tampered with a bit. I didn't think much of it, but now I won't feel comfortable buying the boxed food. The associate was very nice and returned it with a great demeanor.

The fish was dead not even 6 hours later(in their container and water which claims to be adequate for the fish at least a two weeks). EXavier (the manager) was disrespectful and condescending and not helpful at all. Keep this in mind before you buy a pet from this place.
- BGB GiddensApr 13, 20265.0My family and I went in a few days ago to get my son a lizard for his birthday. Noah helped us and without exaggeration it was the best retail experience I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and he was very patient with my 7 year old as he picked out his new pet and everything he needed to go with it. I’ve been back 2 times now just so I can get guidance from Noah and he has been GREAT both times. I could not be more impressed or grateful for his help!
