- WMWendy MitchellJun 5, 20261.0This place is terrible!!!! Never take your animals here! We were new to the area and called around to find a place to get our parrot’s wings clipped. We sadly took him here and they killed him!!!! Not only did they kill him, they acted like that is a normal thing to happen. Said he was stressed & had a heart attack. He was only 3 yrs old. He has had his wings clipped many times without issue and they killed him. No doubt they suffocated him while holding him in the towel. No remorse either. To make it worse, it wasn’t just a tech that killed him, it was the actual vet. We recently rescued a dog and I was going to take him to their vet for a vaccine and then I was told this horrible place is their vet. Nope!!! Count me out! I’ll never ever step foot in there again!

We’ve not been here long and he only saw Kiwi🐾 two times, the last of which was when we said goodbye. It was kind of funny because he and my prior vet had practiced together years ago. Small world. Kiwi’s🐾 last day was 2 Fridays ago and on that following Monday I hear a knock on my door and there are some beautiful flowers being handed to me. They were sent by Animal Care Center Ooltewah. 🌸 This is not my first dog. I’ve had to say goodbye to and I’ve had so many friends that have say goodbye to their babies as well and no one has experienced the beautiful gift of receiving flowers from the vet. Thank you so much for your hearts 💞
