- ESEmma Shouse1 day ago5.0We have seen Dr. Talbot, an exotics vet, for pet rabbits and parakeets for a decade now and he is so wonderful. He and the staff at Belle Forest are so kind, patient and helpful. They always explain things clearly and do their best to help our pets.

- KKKarenApr 21, 20261.0Rude, unprofessional office staff that treat you like they are doing a favor by taking your money to care for your dog. I went once for a first appt., then decided to have a fatty tumor removed from my dogs chest. Women answering the phone were so rude and short and I just wanted to talk to one person since they proceeded to send me a total of 5 different surgery estimates that contradicted each other. I asked for a supervisor and got sent to that woman. She was worse than any of the others. I was crying at this point with worry about the money, confusion and my dogs health. She treated me like trash and told me "you need to calm down and show me some respect". I said literally nothing disrespectful. She answered my questions tersely, in an annoyed voice and we set an appt which little did i know was almost a month away. After thinking on it, I canceled and completely with this vet and transferred my dogs records to another vet nearby. I had been warned by a friend who works at a vet in Franklin this was the situation at this place. She was right. I wish I had never set foot in this place. Beware.

They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate during such a sad moment for me and my son. They treated Coco with so much care and I knew we were doing the best thing for her. You can tell they truly care about both the animals and the people who love them. After this experience, we’ll absolutely be bringing all of our animals here. I’m so grateful we found them!
