  Walked in and a few steps in slipped and fell on pee, twisted my ankle. There are two cashiers at the register that can see this and continue to stand there and not come over to help me at all. I am six months pregnant, I needed a bag of dog food. One of the cashiers was a male, didn’t even offer to help me out with the dog food bag. Beyond disappointed in the customer service. By the grace of God what looked to be a groomer saw me on the floor and helped me grab the dog food bag and put it in a cart for me. I have a bruised up knee and I got “oh I’m sorry people don’t clean up after there pets and you slipped in pee.” Are you kidding me? Working at the pet store this is a part of your responsibilities is to maintain the cleanliness of the store and make sure guests are getting assistance. The solution was to give me 25% off the bag of food. I needed more than that, going to go put out a wet sign up would have been great to see and help out to my car.

  The price on the shelf was almost $10 more than what was shown in Google Shopping, but the cashier fixed it and gave me the advertised price! They have a good selection of dog gear and supplements. I did not shop other areas.

  The fish section in this store is terrible. Tanks are dirty and look unhealthy, they had no lights on the tanks so you couldn't see the fish very well. I was there on 5/18/2026 and will not be back!
