  Please do not fire or reprimand the store manager who spoke up against the unruly child and mother who came in on 9/21. A lot of the smaller animals are incredibly sensitive to movement and sound and she was doing her job caring for the wellbeing of the pets in her care. That woman was absolutely vile to shop around. She’s now started posting on social media slandering the store and I don’t feel as though it’s fair to punish the manager for doing her job and creating a better experience for those of us who use the store as intended and not a playground. As a parent I’m mortified by her behavior and it’s people like her that give all children a bad reputation. I promise we aren’t all like that. My 18 month old son and 4 month old daughter both are aware they cannot behave that way in such a sensitive area so for her to have such a lack of composure is astounding. I will be incredibly disappointed if I don’t see one of my favorite managers around anymore. There are very few employees that actually care about their work and she is one of them. I’m not naming anyone for privacy’s sake but obviously you guys know exactly the instance that I’m referring to. Genuinely cannot apologize enough on her behalf because I had secondhand embarrassment simply being in the same building as her. If the team would like some cookies for moral support please let me know as you all care for my animals beautifully and I always have a lovely time shopping in store!

  The manager Deanna is absolutely terrible. Unprofessional and should not be in a customer service position. She is entitled to be kid free but not to live in a kid free world.

  Helpful and Great customer service. Although there was a small issue as there were 3 racks of collars and they all said 6.99. But when I got to thr register it came up as 30.99. I told the employees and they verified and had the manager honor the price as displayed.
