Extremely overpriced and unfortunately, the care did not match the cost. I feel like my pets were being treated more like a source of revenue than animals who genuinely needed help. communication and professionalism from some of the doctors was disappointing and I often felt like I was getting more questions and answers for the amount of money being charged. I expected knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough vet care. Get a second opinion!

I’ve been taking all of my cats to Creekwood for the last couple of years. Through normal checkups, injuries, and special care for my FIV/FELV boys, they have been fantastic through it all. All of the doctors there are caring, attentive, and help me understand what’s best for my cats. They have earned a lot of trust with me, and I’m happy to have them continue to care for my four legged family members.

EDIT: I am baffled that a business would lie about several visits I paid for that they’re claiming is “free.” Completely dishonest & disappointing that you cannot admit your mistake AND fix your mistake.
I chose this vet because it’s newer, looks nice, and honestly seemed like it would be a great place to take my pets. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
I’ve spent over $2,000 in ONE month and still don’t have the answers or results I expected.
My cat came in with one side of his face completely paralyzed. They couldn’t determine what was wrong and spent about 30 minutes researching it in textbooks. I left with a $400 bill and no real answers.
I also rescued my dog about 1½ months ago, and he already had an ear infection when I got him. I’ve now taken him in three times to get it treated. They’ve looked at it under a microscope multiple times, yet the infection is STILL there.
When I questioned why I should continue paying for visits when the issue hadn’t been resolved, I was told I needed to pay for another visit and basically hope it works this time.
I’m done. I’m taking my dog somewhere else about 20 minutes away, where I’m paying half the price.
I understand veterinary care isn’t cheap, but spending over $2,000 in one month and still not having these issues resolved is unacceptable to me. Don’t let the new, nice-looking facility fool you like it did me. Save your time, save your money, and get a second opinion elsewhere.

Dr. Lawrence is amazing! I’ve been to several competent veterinary offices over the years, but I’ve never felt as genuinely cared for—or felt that my pet’s well-being was cared about—as I did today.
We’re currently navigating a new diabetes diagnosis with our senior cat, which has been overwhelming and scary. Dr. Lawrence took the time to sit down with me, explain everything thoroughly, and walk me through what to expect and how to care for her moving forward. He was incredibly patient with my dozens of questions and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much.
It’s clear that Dr. Lawrence truly cares about his patients and the people who love them. I’m so grateful we found a veterinarian who combines such great knowledge with genuine compassion. I highly recommend him!

This is a follow up from 2 weeks ago when they told us our Golden Retriever had “arthritis and just needed pain medicine.”
We called the next day 2 hours before they closed after our dog went downhill and we were told they would “try” to call us back. We never got a call back still to this day. We ended up taking him to the ER where he died that afternoon, 24 hours after we were told he had “arthritis”. While a proper diagnosis wouldn’t have saved him, we could’ve at least spent what little time we had left with our dog instead of working and thinking everything was fine.
We’ve been a loyal customer for the last 4+ years and spent THOUSANDS of dollars with “Dr” Jensen, among others. They know Jimmer died and still haven’t reached out which at this point will not be well received. All this to say, go somewhere else. They do not care about your pet.
