  We had such a wonderful experience with Nova during her visit on June 10! From the moment we arrived, everyone was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. Nova seemed comfortable and at ease, which means so much to me as a pet parent. The staff treated her with so much care and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the patience, kindness, and attention they gave Nova. We left feeling very happy with the care she received. Thank you for taking such great care of my girl Dr. Turner! 🐾❤️

  After Chips was diagnosed with pyometra, I was understandably worried. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciated the dedicated cat waiting area, although they brought us back to a private room so quickly that we barely needed it. The office itself was beautiful too—the live plants and skylights created a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Before surgery, they thoroughly reviewed a treatment plan with both high and low estimates, clearly explaining what was necessary and what was optional. When everything was finished, the final bill actually came in below their low estimate. That level of honesty and compassion says a lot about the people who work here. Dr. Schramm, Kendra, and Nikki were all exceptional. It was obvious that they genuinely care about the animals they treat, and I felt confident leaving Chips in their hands. She’s recovering well, and we’ve had no issues since bringing her home. I also want to recognize the front desk staff. During both drop-off and pick-up, I noticed newer employees still learning the system. Everyone was incredibly patient with one another, and the supervisor took the time to teach with kindness and encouragement. It says a lot about a workplace when the staff treat each other with the same respect and compassion they show their clients. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of Chips. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust your team again.

  Unfortunately my dog died a short distance away from being able to get there. I suspect that there was nothing that they could have done anyway. She wasn't in pain she wasn't suffering and that's a good thing she died with her head on my leg. She was my close and intimate companion for 10 years. The staff and doctor were wonderful in dealing with this situation. They showed great compassion for me. They took great care of her. She was cremated and they gave me a nice urn as well as all of her fur and paw print cast. I can't say any words to praise them for their care of me and my dog. I can't wait until I can heal and come back to receive the kind of care that they showed me in this case. Every single one of them was compassionate and loving to both me and my dog. 💔 🌈
