Absolutely loved Affordable Veterinary Care and will come back for any future needs. Their facility was clean and calm, and their team was very kind and communicative. When I took my dog in, I expressed how I’ve never taken him to the vet for anything besides routine care and they sat with me & answered all my questions and walked me through pretty much everything. When Jack had to go in for surgery, they were communicative before, after and even during the procedure. I felt confident dropping him off and caring for him after. I could also tell he was comfortable there which made me feel better. Also they really do live up to the name…it was indeed very affordable for us & they walked us through every line of our bill! This was the first vet we found since moving to Tennessee, and it’s nice to know he is well-taken care of & that we made the right choice! Including a photo of my well-loved puppy :).

Our cat was spayed earlier this year and all the staff was so kind and helpful. Great price as well. Quick first appointment and then the next week for the spaying. Perfect.

Took my dog here twice. Once for her head bobbing back and forth and belief she had diabetes. The vet believed she had a bad ear infection but could not see in her ear. She prescribed antibiotic and ear drops. My husband asked them to do full blood work on her and they wanted to not do it but then did to check for diabetes. They then asked if he wanted them to check it or send it off, he requested send it off and get the results. They then got the results back 24 hours later and the individual that put the email into the system had it all jacked up. So we did not get the results by email, they eventually called and told him they would discuss when he brought her back for check up on her ears. He arrived one week later for the check up of her ears and gave her new ear drops and stated that her glucose was 384 and that they do not treat diabetes and sent her home. We took her to another vet and she has started treatment for her diabetes and that vet asked if this place said anything about cushion disease as there was enzymes in her liver and that could be caused from diabetes or not? We stated no. The new vet stated bring her back in 4 weeks and leave her all day and that they were going to run insulin check on her to see how her sugar goes up and down or is it stable. I proceeded to ask why this place did nothing about her diabetes and that vet responded with they only like healthy dogs and I replied with they could have killed my dog if I wasnt married to a diabetic and she responded with yes they could have if you didn't get further care for her diabetes. So, to make a long story short we will NEVER return here because their front staff don't apparently know how to read, and the vets don't truly care if they did they would treat illnesses such as diabetes in dogs. Awful place
