    I took my dog to this Banfield because she was limping. I signed her up for a plan previously. At home any time I would go near her one nail she would scream. The doctor told me it was arthritis and English Bulldog’s are prone to it. He didn’t listen to the part that the dog was lunging and attempting to bite me, but she would never bite me. I took her home the next day. I tried to trim the nail and she freaked out. I made the decision to take her to an emergency vet. I told this veterinarian the same thing about the nail and her trying to bite me. It turns out she has a broken toe and it isn’t arthritis. My feedback is listen to the humans that live with the dog! Sometimes we know things and have clues to better diagnosis and treat the animal.

    Complete crap. Advertised first visit free Did a “ check up” and charged 176 dollars and offered a year plan And did NOTHING - I called to just cancel it and they said $75 to cancel that the visit was $300 something and there is a balance ! Do NOT recommend They only cared about money!

    Love Bandfield Vets and Staff. They give the best care and make it so fun for my little guy everytime he comes in for a check up.

    As a healthcare worker it amazes me how antiquated this facility is. My dog who is on allergy meds and prescribed by this facility can’t get her meds refilled due to the provider on hasn’t seen her. They prescribe the meds and I typically fill them at Costco. Unfortunately Costco ran out and Banfield carries them in stock. Tell me why a doctor can’t look up her records and see that my dog is UTD on her wellness care it’s not the point of having electronic medical records so all providers can see it or is there only one competent doctor That knows how to diagnose and treat allergies. I’m not asking for a steroid. I’m not asking for a schedule medication. I’m asking for a medication to be refilled that your doctors prescribe.. this shows a lack of care and absolute disgrace. But let me keep on paying you my membership fees

    I just want to say how truly grateful I am for the amazing team at Bamfield. I brought my cat, Freya, in on Friday after work, and from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome and cared for. As a single mom of two kids, life can be stressful, and I was nervous about coming in — especially because I didn’t have a lot to spend. But not once did anyone make me feel judged or uncomfortable. They were so kind, understanding, and willing to work with what I had. They treated both me and Freya with genuine care and compassion. It’s rare to find people who really see you and go out of their way to help, and that meant so much to me. Thank you to everyone there for being so warm, supportive, and human. You made what could have been a really stressful experience into something that felt safe and positive. Freya and I are both so thankful for all that you do. ❤️🐾
