Horrible service! I’ve called twice on Tuesday & Thursday because I’m needing a farm call on my in laws sheep both times the front desk lady has told me he will call me back and not once have I gotten a call back. The only reason I wanted to work with this vet is because it’s closer to their house and get looked at quicker so I thought. Tried to book for 4-4:30 bc my husband does constitution and that’s the earliest he’d be able to head over from our house to theirs but that was “too late” for him even though they close at 5:30 and it being a “quicker procedure”. I understand if they get busy but to not be able to at least give a call back that will take a few seconds is something else.

Needed flea medicine for my dog and their hours were 11-2pm, got here around noon and there’s people with their goat in the back with the vet and the lady at the front desk is on the phone. We stood waiting for about 7-10 minutes and the lady finally looks up at us and mumbles “we’re not open”, so we leave and we’re sitting in the car and we watch people come in and out. So why were we told they were closed when they are helping other people.

They treated my Ms. Mia very well after her accident. I needed to go somewhere close and fast. Without hesitation, they told me to come in even though they were going to close in 30 min. I am so thankful for their kindness and help.

Despite all the negative reviews on here, they have taken very well care of my cats for the past six years. Anytime I need an appointment they always give me same-day 24 hours a day 7 days a week they’ve always been there for my pet needs.
