Our dog had an appointment for grooming, but didn't get on the table until 4-5 hours after the appointment time. Upon discussion with the manager, I found out that they in fact do NOT groom on an appointment basis even though they advertise as such. I was told the "appointment" time is actually a drop off time for your pet, not the time they will be groomed. If anyone has an anxious dog that needs better and faster service, do not go to petco. I would give zero stars if I could.

This review is for the grooming services, I am thinking it's not a great idea to scold your customers on minor grooming hygiene of their pets when they bring them to you for grooming. If we knew everything on grooming you wouldn't exactly be needed would you? Better customer service here would me nice, also our dog still stinks when he gets done there so probably won't be back. Do better

Everyone here was so kind. They did everything possible to ensure that my dogs could get their rabies shots 🥰

Sunday Went to purchase fish. No one available waited 35 minutes asking two different employees. Went back this morning Wednesday to purchase a fish again. This store needs to hire employees!! Christina is five stat!! She was helping with fish asked to be excused to tell customers waiting on a cashier she be there in a minute . She came backed helped me then went to front. She was very positive and upbeat. She needs to be praised and hire to help her out!!

I' v been using Petco grooming for about a year now; I have to say im HIGHLY disappointed took my small 5/6 lbs dog for grooming she's groomed daily at home so actual clip grooming isn't an issue But my last visit i was Highly Disappointed/angery for Amount of Money paid for scrappy ass service over hundred dollors no Special treatment for grooming thought I was paying for Everything in package deal but was charged for requested things i thought was included Ear clean nails etc. Get my dog home her clipping is all uneven pieces of uncut hair in face ears half ass done (dont think they were actually done ) to where dog shakes head cause tickling ears pads of feet half ass done hair all uneven and groomer injured her ear i seen the blood through windows of grooming stations minor, but I should have been informed of the the incident none noted I dont think she was actually bathed cause it really hasn't been a week and she looks like she hasn't had bath in 3 just some damn Spray put on i dont know where her normal groomer went too but the groomers on shift this day seem to be more concerned about there damn phones and gossiping distracting where attention needed to be .. I said enough I'll leave out the groomers shity attitude out of it
